A mama who posts on the Natural Mamas forum received an old Girasol Apple wrap for a holiday recently and fell in love! And it turned out that there were lots of other mamas out there who love it too, so she decided to ask Girasol to weave a new version.This version will be woven in the thread colour 'follaje' with the weft colour being 'crema de nube' in the old Girasol weave. It will look very similar to the pictures on this page.
This design will be available as wraps with fringed or tapered ends, as well as per metre for your own craft projects, and as ring slings with a gathered shoulder which will be sewn by Ocah. Ring slings will be available a few weeks after the wraps are delivered from Girasol - the exact wait will depend on how many are ordered.

We need 100m to go ahead; once we've reached that milestone the order will be placed with Girasol and after that it will take 6-8 weeks for the wraps to be woven in Guatemala and delivered to Germany. The ticker below shows the progress made so far towards the target:
