Heaven on Earth

Elephant Ears is proud to announce "Heaven on Earth," our first Girasol exclusive pattern. This is the first exclusive print created by Elephant Ears co-owner Rebeccca Morse, better known in the baby wearing community as "beccalionsmom." Rebecca designed "Heaven on Earth" primarily with teaching in mind, but also to celebrate her family's new venture as co-owners of Elephant Ears.

Simply put, "Heaven on Earth" reflects how we feel about the experience of wrapping and wearing our babies and children. Elephant Ears' mission is to unite and nurture families, and a great way to promote this mission is through a shared family experience of baby wearing.

The colors of the "Heaven on Earth" exclusive Girasol are taken from the colors that Elephant Ears carefully created when designing our store decor, our website, and our logos. The colors are whimsical but neutral enough to compliment every style. Both "Heaven on Earth" colorways will look great on moms and dads alike. In addition to the elegant simplicity of the pattern, "Heaven on Earth" is designed with new baby wearers in mind. The broad stripes and opposite colored rails make learning to wrap or sling a breeze.

My name is Rebecca Morse

My husband Kyle and I have been married since September 2005, and we have 2 children Lion , (4/20/07) and Judah, (4/1/09) I came to babywearing an eager mother to bond with my first newborn

Babywearing did me many favors with my fussy first babe, and I was eager to learn more before my second came along. Right before that happened I attended the US babywearing school which is a branch of the Clau Wi babywearing school in Germany.

At babywearing school my eyes were opened to the widespread benefits of babywearing, and how it can be used to support baby's spine and nervous system development. After completing that course I was determined to become a wrapper, and a babywearing consultant, and to help babies and parents comfortably unite!

My goals are to familiarize you with the basics of infant spine development and how optimally to support development with babywearing, as well as to expose you to the world of baby carriers and what is out there in order to help your family find the perfect carrier(s) for your specific use(s). My services include a lending library with over 20 carriers available for 2 weeks borrowing time and instant use until you are united with your own carrier of choice. Also available are gift certificates for baby shower visits, and in home consultations, a perfect gift for someone having their second babe! (Or first, but people having their first babe need everything, right?)
