Sonshine's Rainbow

Sonshine's Rainbow was designed by Alena the leader of So-Cal Babywearers and Babywearing Educator for Granola Babies babywearing classes. We asked her to share the inspiration behind the name with you.

-After designing this wrap for Granola Babies I immediately knew exactly who I wanted to name this wrap after. My 5th baby demanded to be worn 24/7 and he inspired my passion for wrapping. He and I together learned this art and I can't help but think of him everytime I look at a wrap. We sing "you are my sunshine" all the time. I'll sing the first verse and he'll sing the second and so on. Well this conversation took place....

Aidan - "Mom - you're my brother"
(apparently when you have 4 brothers it gets confusing)
Me - "no, I'm your mom"
Aidan - "oh, ok, I'm your mom"
Me - "no, you're my son"
Aidan - "Oh! Like my sunshine! You are my sunshine"

and just like that - my design became Sonshine's rainbow
