Since becoming a mom, I’ve become a lot of things both to my child and in general.

Comedian.
Bearer of clean diapers.
Cleaner of dirty diapers.
Milk dispenser.
Pacifier.
Soothsayer.
Googler of rashes.
Googler of sleep habits.
Googler of baby milestones.
Wearer of babies.

Yes, you read correctly! Wearer of babies.
I’ve become slightly obsessed with baby carriers, mostly due to Jonah’s desire to be held and my desire to be able to multitask.
I cannot tell you how big of a difference it has made in my life to be able to wear Jonah in one of his carriers (yes, we’ve already accumulated multiple ones – I told you it’s an obsession)!
And honestly, it’s such a huge bonding experience for us with him in the carrier.
He even falls asleep in it quite regularly (think nap time, my friends).

There’s even a group that meets each month to educate moms and dads on all the different types and benefits of babywearing (FIRST COAST BABYWEARING GROUP).
That’s actually how I met Tiffany, the owner of WEARING IS CARING.

Tiffany just recently relocated her family and her business from Tampa to Jacksonville, and she has some beautiful woven wrap carriers by GIRASOL that are exclusive to her store.
She designed the “Bay” woven wrap after being inspired by the sunset over Tampa Bay, and it’s amazing how it really does remind you of the sunset over the water.
